Pickard Chilton is a global architecture studio that designs innovative buildings and transformative environments that deliver value and inspire community. The Connecticut-based studio is passionate about designing equitable spaces that create a positive social impact, as exemplified by their designs for 2+U’s Urban Village in Seattle and Google Cambridge in Greater Boston. Their work focuses on unlocking the opportunities to enhance the public realm through transit-oriented developments, such as River Point in Chicago and landmark master plans like Global Gateway Shinagawa, and a newly completed mixed-use development, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, in Tokyo. Their bespoke corporate headquarters experience supports the ESG goals of many Fortune 500 clients to deliver healthy and sustainable workplace environments for clients such as Devon Energy, Northwestern Mutual, and Norfolk Southern. To advance sustainability targets, they are building more than 4 million square feet of mass timber construction to sequester carbon, and these projects include the ATCO Commercial Center in Calgary and the T3 RiNo project in Denver.
